DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We Decor8 will dispatch your order as soon as possible and provide you with the shipping details at the earliest. There are no shipping charges on any order to be delivered in India, though we may not be able to deliver the planter of your choice for the pin code you provide due to logistic constraints.

You could expect your order anytime from 12 to 15 days after placing your order with us. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email where you could track your parcel. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, riots or local unrest to name a few, your parcel might be delayed. Please bear with us.

We will provide you with the “Proof of Delivery” for your order. However, we are also not responsible for packages that show as “Delivered” to you but are lost or not received by you.  Please check the tracking details to see who has received the parcel at the address given by you.

INTERNATIONAL

  1. Shipping charges for our international customers have been standardized at $37 for shopping of our planters up to $250. However, the custom clearance of products in clients’ country is your own responsibility.
  2. Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer
  3. Our delivery partner is Fedex.

RETURNS

We Decor8 follows a strict ‘’No Exchange and No Return policy’’ for all our orders, since every planter you purchase is made with utmost care and perfection, and delivered in best possible packaging. A small variation in the colour is possible since its handmade and hand painted but such information about variation, planter size and dimensions are clearly mentioned on the website to help you buy the perfect planter.

DAMAGES

We Decor8 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
